ICA Timeout settings not working
I have a CSG 3.0 with a 4.5 server farm that has 4 servers in it. Something has happened recently where if a user logs on through the CSG and becomes idle, it no longer disconnects after the allotted time of a few hours. This was working but I can’t seem to remember all the different areas within citrix that have an effect on this value. I am aware that there are settings in group policy that could effect this also. Any ideas as to the proper steps to verify I have my settings correct.
