convert zip archive to msi

Can anyone tell me how to convert a zip archive file to a .msi file?

i cant seem to find anything on the web that tells me how to convert this. is it ever possible?
An msi file is a MicroSoft Installer.  It is a file format used for installing programs onto Windows machines.  A ZIP file is simply a file containing one or more files usually in a compressed format (thereby reducing the size of the files).
