Adobe Reader a required resource cannot be loaded

I have a user that is having an issue opening up Adobe documents and printing them on an HP Laserjet printer.  He keeps getting this error:  Adobe Reader   A required resource cannot be loaded.  We are still using Adobe Reader 6.02 because we can’t go up to Adobe Reader 7.0 because of another software package that can’t be upgraded at this time.  I’ve researched this and can’t seem to find any help.

Greetings, alayne !

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader.  Get the latest upgrades.  I think it is up to 6.04.

Best wishes!
